What was the highlight of The New Atrium Hotel Yogyakarta
Overall, the stay was fine.
We have been to the hotel before 6 years ago. At that time it was exceptionally good. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated somewhat in the meantime. First of all what was positive: - Price / performance ratio - Clean except for small things (see below) - Equipment with water boiler and coffee and tea - Working air condition - Beds were good - Mini bar fridge - Friendliness of the staff
Now the potential for improvement: - wifi connection was poor. Again and again disconnections. - Room safe did not work (but was not important for us). - Leakage in the bidet shower - Room service did not refill the empty cosmetic tissues and did not clean the mouth glass. - Hair dryer was not in the room by default but had to be borrowed explicitly. - A separate drink could not be booked on the hotel bill in total because no desposit was deposited. I know this so that the customers are generally granted a credit...and the settlement is made with the hotel bill. Therefore, the whole thing was a bit too cumbersome for us and have waived additional sales.
